Hanna-Leena's experience
While you are interning at TUTORS in Spain, you get to meet other interns.
If you are interning as a media student, you get to do a lot of photographing. For example, you get to photograph senior football, street hockey and virtual gallery art.
TUTORS will get you an apartment but for three weeks, you have to pay about 300€.
In Spain, there is a lot of food possibilities. For example, you can get basically anything. Japanese food, Finnish food, Italian, Mexican, etc.
Most likely your apartment would be in Fuengirola. It is really easy to travel to Fuengirola from Malaga’s airport.
There is a lot of sights to be seen so there is a lot to do in the spare time.
Martin's experience
There is a lot of different things to do while interning at TUTORS. One of our interns, Martin, is spending three months interning at TUTORS.
Martin says that the time as an intern at TUTORS could be called as a “intense period”. Martin also gave some tips to make the time as intern as enjoyable as possible.
First of all he said that you have to set some boundaries to your work. For example, set yourself a time when you will do the work. It is very important to separate work and spare time.
Martin also mentioned that you have to remember to stand up once in a while and go for a walk. Especially if most of your job is done while sitting.
Martin said he got a little bit upset when he saw how much the work at TUTORS in Spain is based on working online.
